The Kettle Cooker Express is a family owned business, operated by Mike and Tina Brightwell of Salem, VA. The Kettle Cooker Express has a strong presence in the community and can be found at many local events including festivals, outdoor concerts, and Salem Red Sox baseball games. The Kettle Cooker Express makes all of its kettle corn fresh and on site, and offers a great way to help local groups raise funds for their cause.
